The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC Facilitates Sale of Two Industrial Buildings

Milwaukee, Wisconsin (May 1, 2014) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a sale of a two industrial buildings consisting of a total of 53,800 square located at 258 and 260 Grell Lane, Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. 

RJ Roehl Investments, LLC purchased the buildings from Ashland, Inc. The brokers involved in the transaction were Samuel M. Dickman, Jr., Samuel D. Dickman and Dave Hazenfield of the Dickman Company, Inc.
