The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC Facilitates the Sale of Two Industrial Buildings Totaling 27,550 Square Feet in St. Francis, WI

Milwaukee, WI (April 22, 2014) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a sale of two industrial buildings totaling 27,550 square feet located at 4160 and 4170 South Nevada Avenue, St. Francis, Wisconsin.  Mathie Nevada Holdings, LLC purchased the properties from Nevada Avenue Properties, LLC. The brokers involved in this transaction were Samuel M. Dickman, Jr., Samuel D. Dickman and Zach Noble of the Dickman Company, Inc.
