Milwaukee, WI (October 2, 2013) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading  full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a lease between CJF2, LLC (Landlord) and FedEx Ground Package System, Inc. (Tenant).

Fed Ex Ground leased 58,500 square feet located at 5110 S. 6th Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Samuel D. Dickman were the brokers involved in this transaction.
