Milwaukee, Wisconsin (August 3, 2012) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a lease between Garsh, LLC (Landlord) and Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity (Tenant) who will be occupying 12,325 square feet of space at 420 South 1st Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Samuel D. Dickman represented the Landlord and Trent Poole of CB Richard Ellis represented the Tenant.
