Milwaukee, Wisconsin (July 30, 2013) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading  full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a lease between Sunset Investment Company Limited Partnership (Landlord) and the Innovative Heights Milwaukee, LLC d/b/a Sky Zone, LLC (Tenant) who has leased 30,000 square feet of space at W229 N1420 Westwood Drive, Pewaukee, Wisconsin.  Anthony Huenerbein was the broker involved in this lease transaction.

Set to open this fall, Sky Zone Milwaukee will become the largest Indoor Trampoline Park in the State of Wisconsin.
