Milwaukee, WI (November 9, 2012) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a sale of a 38,000 square foot industrial building located at 17155 W.
