The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International Facilitates a 42,505 Square Foot Sale in Grafton, WI

Milwaukee, WI (November 12, 2012) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a sale of a 42,505 square foot industrial building located at 2350-2360 Dakota Drive, Grafton, Wisconsin.  Brian Parrish represented the Buyer, Hakaduli Properties, LLC, and Alex Kasun of Gerald Nell represented the Seller, CRH, Inc.
