The Seller, 6711 Good Hope LLC, was represented by Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Samuel D. Dickman and the Buyer, HellermannTyton Corporation, was represented by Paul McBride of RFP Commercial.
HellermannTyton North America provides solutions for networking, identifying, and managing wire, cable and components. The Good Hope property will be an additional location for HellermanTyton.
