Milwaukee, Wisconsin (May 17, 2012) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a  leading  full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of the lease of a 17,628 square feet of manufacturing space located at N93 W16170 Megal Drive, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

The property was leased by GJT-One, LLC to H & R Bindery Company, Inc.  Brian Parrish of The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International represented the Owner and Lori Choinski of Gerald Nell represented the Tenant.
