Milwaukee, Wisconsin (June 20, 2012) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a  leading  full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of the sale of a 24,000 square foot industrial building located in the Bradley Woods Industrial Park at 8801 West Heather Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Dean Road II, LLC d/b/a Marking Services, Inc. purchased the building from David P. and Marjorie L. Hamacher.  Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. of The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International represented the Buyer and James M. Young of Cassidy Turley Barry represented the Seller.

Marking Services Inc. core business is manufacturing, designing and installing pipe identification and valve tagging systems worldwide.  The company has additional locations in Houston, Texas; Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; and Singapore.
