Milwaukee, WI (September 5, 2013) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a sale of a 16,000 square foot industrial building located at N59 W14508 Bobolink Avenue, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. 

Ward Land Group, LLC purchased the building from Bennett Holdings, LLC.  The brokers involved in this transaction were Anthony Huenerbein, Zach Noble, Samuel D. Dickman and Samuel M. Dickman, Jr.
