The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International Facilitates Sale of an Industrial Building in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin

Wauwatosa, Wisconsin (April 27, 2012) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a  leading  full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of the sale of a 25,000 square foot industrial building located at 4560 North 124th Street, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.

The property was sold by DCI Wauwatosa, LLC to GK Properties Holdings, LLC.  Brian Parrish of The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International represented the Seller and Paul McBride of RFP Commercial represented the Buyer.
