Milwaukee, WI (September 25, 2013) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a sale of two industrial buildings totaling 105,000 square feet of space located at 3745-3775 North Richards Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 

3745-75 Richards Industrial LLC purchased the buildings from Johnson Bros. Beverages, Inc.  The brokers involved in this transaction were Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Samuel D. Dickman.
