West Avenue, Waukesha, Wisconsin.  Soraal, LLC purchased the building from the State of Wisconsin, Department of Transportation. Samuel D. Dickman, Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Zach Noble of the Dickman Company, Inc. represented the seller and Brian Parrish of the PARADIGM Real Estate represented the buyer.
