Milwaukee, Wisconsin (April 21, 2015) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a sale of a 5,200 square foot commercial building located at 6050 North 91st Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  The O’Byrne Group, LLC purchased the building from Houser Properties 6050, LLC.  Anthony Huenerbein was the broker involved in this transaction.
