The Dickman Company/CORFAC Facilitates Sale of 10,000 SF Industrial Building

Milwaukee, WI (August 6, 2014) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a sale of a 10,000 square foot building industrial building on 4.00 acres and located at 3460 West Leeds Place, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 

Dion-Simon Investments, LLC purchased the building from Steve and Joy Leasing LLC.  Anthony Huenerbein and Zach Noble of the Dickman Company, Inc. were the brokers involved in this transaction.
