Milwaukee, WI (January 23, 2013) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a sale of a 13,200 square foot industrial building located at 12730 West Burleigh Road, Brookfield, Wisconsin. 

LBR, LLC purchased the building from Storts Family Limited Partnership.  Dave Hazenfield of the Dickman Company, Inc. represented the Buyer and John Czarnecki of Commercial United, LLC represented the Seller.
