Milwaukee, WI (June 17, 2014) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a sale of the former Pewaukee Mattress building consisting of 22,000 square feet and located at N35 W23986 Capitol Drive, Pewaukee, Wisconsin. 

BAPS Milwaukee, LLC purchased the building from Silverleaf Acquisition Holdings, LLC.  Dave Hazenfield, Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Samuel D. Dickman of the Dickman Company, Inc. were the brokers involved in this transaction.
