Milwaukee, WI (January 2, 2013) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a sale of a 138,800 square foot industrial building located at 7044 North Teutonia Avenue, Milwaukee Wisconsin. 

7044 Teutonia LLC purchased the building from SIC Lazaro U. S. Inc. who will remain a tenant in the building.  The brokers involved in the transaction were Samuel D. Dickman, Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Anthony Huenerbein of the Dickman Company, Inc.
