Milwaukee, WI (January 3, 2014) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a sale of a 127,400 square foot industrial building located at 11100 West Silver Spring Road, Milwaukee Wisconsin. 

K. G. Stevens Holdings LLC purchased the building from KTR WIS, LLC.  The brokers representing the Seller were Samuel D. Dickman, Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Anthony Huenerbein of the Dickman Company, Inc.
