Doug Marshall and Ron Rader, SIOR, principals in The Klabin Company’s Los Angeles office, report that Dreamgirl signed a seven-year lease for part of a larger 276,743 square foot building located at 5548 Lindbergh Lane, Bell, within the 1.5 million square foot distribution center. Approximately 150 people will be employed at the site. An April occupancy is scheduled. Marshall and Rader, executive vice president of The Klabin Company, represented Dreamgirl. Lease consideration was in excess of $3 million. “We have had a long-term relationship with Dreamgirl, including their previous move and expansion from Culver City to Vernon, CA. This move is part of a strategic plan to put them under one roof to achieve efficiencies and cost savings,” Marshall said. The new Dreamgirl headquarters is a concrete tilt-up structure featuring dock high and ground level loading, 15,000 square feet of office space, and ample on-site parking.
