BELL, CA – Dreamgirl, a leading international manufacturer and marketer of contemporary costumes and lingerie, has leased approximately 93,000 square feet of industrial space in the Cheli Distribution Center in Bell, CA for expansion and consolidation of its headquarters under one roof, announces The Klabin Co./CORFAC International.

Doug Marshall and Ron Rader, SIOR, principals in The Klabin Company’s Los Angeles office, report that Dreamgirl signed a seven-year lease for part of a larger 276,743 square foot building located at 5548 Lindbergh Lane, Bell, within the 1.5 million square foot distribution center. Approximately 150 people will be employed at the site. An April occupancy is scheduled.  Marshall and Rader, executive vice president of The Klabin Company, represented Dreamgirl.
