REDONDO BEACH, CA – DHL, the leading global brand in the logistics industry, has signed a six-year lease extension for 234,858 square feet of industrial space in Redondo Beach, CA for continued use as an air freight hub, announces The Klabin Company/CORFAC International.
  Located at 4000 Redondo Beach Ave., the DHL facility, comprising the bulk of a larger building, features 50 dock high positions, 23-foot clearance, 52,108 square feet of office space and immediate access to the 405 and 105 Freeways.  Approximately 150 people are employed at the site.
  Todd Taugner, SIOR, and Frank Schulz, SIOR, partners at The Klabin Company’s Torrance office, along with fellow Klabin partner David Prior, SIOR, represented DHL in the lease transaction valued at $11.9 million.
