Cambrooke Foods, LLC has renewed its lease and expanded to a total of 68,000 s.f.at 4 Copeland Drive, Ayer, MA.  The Landlord, JFH Development, LLC, was represented by Mark Reardon of CB Richard Ellis and the Tenant was procured by Alan Ringuette of the Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International.  Cambrooke Foods® is dedicated exclusively to manufacturing and providing low protein and medical specialty foods and formula for people with errors of protein metabolism.The company leased a portion of the building in early 2010, but will now operate in the entire facility as the sole tenant.
