David and James Stubblebine, Principals of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, and Michael J. Ogasapian of R.W.Holmes Realty Co. recently arranged a 55,500-sf lease at 4 MacArthur Avenue in Devens, Massachussetts, to Allios, Inc. The Stubblebine Company represented the landlord, MacArthur Avenue, LLC, and R.W. Holmes Realty Co. represented the tenant in the transaction.

Located less than two miles from Route 2, 4 MacArthur Ave. is ensconced in the thriving Devens Commerce Center. A new state-of-the-art 55,500-square-foot warehouse building will be constructed by second-quarter 2022 and will feature 24’ clear height and 6,000 sf of office space.

Allios, Inc. provides fast delivery, precise order tracking, security and insurance that products will be delivered safely and on time. The building will be built by CRE Management, a full-service commercial real estate development and management firm based in Boston.
