The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the tenant, Wallboard Supply Company, and O’Brien Commercial Properties represented the landlord, Five K LLC.

Wallboard Supply Company (WSC) is based in Londonderry, New Hampshire, with 6 locations around New England. WSC is a full-service building supply company providing sheetrock, framing, and acoustical products, in addition to other construction materials.
