Wareham, MA (February 13, 2013) - T. Marzetti Company, a subsidiary of Lancaster Colony Corporation, has leased 70,000 square feet at 20 Kendrick Road, Wareham, MA.  David and James Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company, represented both the Landlord, Malden Frame Realty Trust, and the Tenant, T. Marzetti Company, in the transaction.
