The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the Tenant, Celestica Corporation, in the termination of their 45,600 s.f. lease with Landlord, ND Hale Street, LLC at 121 Hale Street, Lowell, MA.121 Hale Street in Lowell Massachusetts is a quality industrial/flex facility located off the Lowell Connector, just minutes from the junction of I-495 and Route 3. The 45,600 s.f. of available space was renovated in 2001 and includes approximately 7,000 s.f. of office space.According to James Stubblebine, “Being able to provide a high level of service to a world-class company such as Celestica has been a privilege.
