David Skinner of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, represented the buyer, 75 Hale Street LLC, and David Ellis of Ellis Realty Advisors represented the seller, Hale Street Realty Trust, in the sale of a distribution center at 75 Hale Street in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, for $1,950,000. The building currently has available 30,570 square feet. at 26’ clear height.
