The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International Represents Client in Sale of $4 Million Industrial Building

David and James Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, and Chris Michniewicz, a Senior Advisor at The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, represented Future Foam in the $4 million transaction, while George Paskalis, Executive Vice President of MG Commercial, represented the Seller. The building was previously occupied by Key Container Corporation.  

Centrally located close to multiple major highways and downtown Providence, Rhode Island, this 116,520-sf industrial building on 7.41 acres is suitable for both manufacturing and warehouse with a 20’ clear height, substantial loading capacity, and heavy power.
