December 2010North Reading MA - Softlinx, Inc. has executed a 2,600 s.f. office lease in North Reading at 100 Riverpark Drive. Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the tenant in the transaction, while the landlord, Northstone, LLC, was represented by Robert LeClaire, Mark Reardon, Jason Levendusky and Kerry Olson of CB Richard Ellis. According to Micah Stubblebine, Softlinx selected the location because of its central location for their employees, high end office finishes and close proximity to I-93. The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International specializes in the lease and sale of large industrial/commercial properties throughout New England.
