The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International Sells 35,000 SF Industrial Building

Boston, MA (January 14, 2013) -The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that it has recently brokered the $2,110,000 sale of 166 New Boston St., Woburn MA to M & K Engineering the buyer, for Ralph Pope, the seller. The property is strategically located in close proximity to the intersection of I-93 and I-95. The building is an attractively landscaped, first class single story industrial building with office space on a 2.65 acre industrial site.

M & K will use to the building to expand its precision machining business (www.mkeng.com).

James and David Stubblebine represented the seller and directly procured the Buyer in this transaction. According to James Stubblebine, “After an extensive search, M & K chose this property because of its close proximity to their employees and its ability to accommodate their rapid expansion.”
