The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International sells 39 Crosby Drive, Bedford, MA

Bedford, MA - David and James Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC, International represented Crosby Drive Realty Trust in the purchase of 39 Crosby Drive, Bedford, MA, a 38,481 s.f. single story industrial building.  James Lipscomb, Senior Vice President of Richards Barry Joyce and Partners, represented the Seller, 39 Crosby Drive Trust.

39 Crosby Drive, Bedford is a quality single story warehouse facility located just minutes from the junction of I-95 and Route 3. The building, situated on 5.57 acres and built in 1970, features 22’ clear ceiling height, 3 loading docks with levelers, and 2,500 s.f. office space.  According to David Stubblebine, “Crosby Drive Realty Trust plans to utilize the property as their corporate headquarters.  The proximity to Route 3, Route 62, and Route 128 made the facility extremely appealing to this entity.”
