Methuen, MAJanuary, 2012Mr. Timothy Rock of General Truck Center (“GTC”) has acquired 109-115 Lindberg Ave., Methuen, MA. Since 1924, GTC has been a full service commercial truck dealership specializing in Isuzu, Hino, Fuso, and GMC/Chevy Medium Duty trucks.
James Stubblebine, David Stubblebine and Ellen Garthoff represented the seller, Charlie Lanagan, and directly procured the Buyer.
The property is ideally suited for GTC’s expansion. It is comprised of 16,000 sf of service garage space on a 4.6 acres (mostly paved) land site. According to Tim Rock, the site was chosen because of its close proximity to their current dealership and many of their customers and outstanding hi-way visibility.
According to James Stubblebine, one of the principals of The Stubblebine Company, “Charlie Lanagan and the entire General Truck Center team were a pleasure to work with and I am confident the site with allow GTC to expand their New England marketplace presence.”
The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International specializes in the lease and sale of large industrial and flex properties throughout New England.
