The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International Sells Six Acre Site in Concord MA

Boston, MA (February 18, 2013) -  The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International is please to announce that it has recently brokered the sale of a 10,000 s.f. building on a 6.3 site with direct frontage on Route 2 at 221 Baker Avenue in Concord MA.  Micah Stubblebine represented the Buyer, New Life Community Church, while Steve Cook, Mark Coehlo and Jack Kerrigan of Avison Young represented the Seller, The Concord Elks, in the transaction. 

According to Micah Stubblebine, “After a lengthy and thorough property search, New Life Community Church has found a home for its future ministry center in Concord with prominent highway visibility and close proximity to Concord centers.”
