The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International brokered the sale of 244 Bodwell Street in Avon MA, a modern 22,000 s.f. industrial building for $1,150,000. Micah Stubblebine and Donald Humpton of The Stubblebine Company represented the Seller, Titan Realty Trust, and directly procured the Buyer, 244 Bodwell LLC, in the transaction. Built in 1976, the building sits on 1.45 acres and has high ceilings and both tailboard and on-grade loading.
