Franklin, MA (November 19, 2013) - The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International and R.W. Holmes recently brokered a long-term 28,656 square foot lease renewal at 40 Kenwood Circle in Franklin, MA. New England Chapel, a fast growing Evangelical Christian Church, will complete a substantial renovation of the administrative areas and classrooms and chapel areas.
