Lexington, MA (November 25, 2014) - Deerwalk recently executed a lease for 7,287 s.f. of office space at 430 Bedford Street, Lexington MA.  Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the tenant, while the landlord, Boston Properties, was represented by CBRE- New England.  The transaction represents an expansion for Deerwalk, who previously occupied the building on a sublease.
