The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International Represents Buyer and Seller in 12 A Street, Burlington, MA, for $1,050,000

Burlington, MA -- The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International sold 12 A Street, a 17,500 SF health club facility located just off the Middlesex Turnpike, for $1,050,000.

David Stubblebine and James Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, and Alan Ringuette, senior advisor, procured the buyer directly, Academy of Creative Arts, and represented the seller, Burlington Recreation Group.  Built by the Seller in 1977 during the height of the racquetball craze, the property has been the site of several successful health clubs including Gold's Gym, Mad Maggie's and Empire Fitness. The Academy of Creative Arts, currently located at 217 Middlesex Turnpike, offers a wide variety of instruction in all areas of creative arts.
