Wilmington, MA - Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International recently represented Stapla Ultrasonics in a 15,000-sf. lease renewal at 250 Andover Street, Wilmington, MA.

“After conducting a thorough review of competing options in the marketplace, we were able to strike a deal to continue my client’s relationship with their landlord," said Micah Stubblebine. The landlord, Spinelli Commercial Properties, was represented by Jack Kerrigan and Colin Whitney of Avison Young.
