Lowell, MA - The Principals of RKKC, LLC, aka Patriot Care LLC, recently purchased 170 Lincoln Street, Lowell, a 13’ clear 39,000 SF single story industrial building formerly occupied by Prelco, for $2,075,000. David, James and Micah Stubblebine, Principals of The Stubblebine Company, represented the Seller, while Fran Sagandorf of Taupier represented the Buyer in the transaction. The property is strategically located just off the Lowell connector approximately one (1) mile from the intersection of Route 3 and Route 495.

Strategically located close to the intersection of Route 3 and the I-495, the property offers excellent access to and prominent visibility from the Lowell Connector.

According to James Stubblebine, Patriot Care bought the building because of the wide open floor plan, proximity to major highways and willingness of the City of Lowell to facilitate the use.
