Wilmington, MA (Decemer 1, 2014) - Aviva Labs recently executed a lease for 6,405 s.f. at 265 Ballardvale Road, Wilmington MA.  Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the tenant, while the landlord, Liberty Properties Trust., was represented by Transwestern RBJ.  Aviva Labs is a natural spray tanning company, and is relocating from Woburn.
