Boston, MA (September 24, 2014) - The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International announces the sale of two properties, a 32,000 square foot industrial building in Lowell and a 103,000 SF facility in Braintree.

Lowell, MA: 22 Olde Canal, LLC has purchased a 32,000 SF industrial building at 22 Olde Canal Drive, MA. David, James, and Micah Stubblebine, Principals of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, and Ellen Garthoff, Senior Advisor at The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, represented the seller, Charis Trust, in the transaction and directly procured the Buyer. In separate transactions, The Stubblebine Company leased the facility in its entirety to Habit OPCO and South Bay. The building is situated on 3.23 acres of land and is strategically located approximately two miles from the junction of I-495 and Route 3.

Braintree, MA: 2001 Washington Street, LLC purchased a 103,000 SF facility on approximately 20 acres. Formerly home to Kindred Healthcare, Inc., the facility is soon to house an upscale private school that has three affiliated campuses in the United Kingdom. The facility was built around 1920 to treat World War I veterans who had tuberculosis, later it became the Massachusetts Respiratory Hospital and the Norfolk County Hospital.  David, James and Micah Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, represented the Seller, Kindred Healthcare, Inc. and directly procured the Buyer, 2001 Washington Street LLC.
