The StubblebineCompany/CORFAC International Inc. Leases to TerraTherm, Inc.

Gardner, MA (March 6, 2013) - The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International recently brokered a long-term 67,200 s.f. lease at 151 Suffolk Lane, Gardner, MA. David and James Stubblebine and Alan Ringuette of The Stubblebine Company represented the Tenant, TerraTherm, Inc., and the Landlord, NIP Owner, LLC. in the transaction. TerraTherm is a worldwide leader in the development and implementation of thermal remediation of organic contaminants in subsurface source zones. They advise on, design, build, and operate thermal remediation projects from concept to completion. Situated on 6.82 acres, the 67,200 square foot, first class flex/industrial facility is located in the Summit Industrial Park, a master planned 125-acre park. The building has an abundance of power, 9,600 s.f. of office space, and 20’ clear height. According to David Stubblebine, “We are confident that TerraTherm’s executives made an excellent decision to locate to this facility. The building, abundance of labor, and lower costs associated with being in this location will serve them well.” The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International specializes in the lease and sale of large industrial and flex properties throughout New England.About CORFAC International
