Amash Brothers, Inc. has purchased a 153,939 sq. ft. industrial building located at 1775 E. US 20 in Lagrange, Indiana. The seller was Dura Operating, LLC. The seller was represented by John M. Adams CCIM, and J. Mark Ulrich of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. The buyer was represented by Blu North Realty. The Zacher Company has announced the sale of a 72,000 sq. ft. industrial property located at 1720 US Highway 6 in Corunna, Indiana to Charleston Metal. The purchaser and the seller of the property (Route 6 LLC) were both represented by Brian G. Bean of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. A lease renewal was negotiated between the tenant, Kroger, Inc., and Indiana Properties, the landlord, for a 75,000 sq. ft. grocery space located at 4120 North Clinton St., Fort Wayne, Indiana. Alfred Zacher SIOR represented both parties in this transaction.
