The Zacher Company / CORFAC International

The 8,000 sq. ft. Sinclair International industrial building at 2330 Wayne Haven Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana has been purchased from Fred and Becky Sinclair by Myrrh Properties, LLC. The Sellers were represented by John M. Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

The Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, Inc. has entered into a lease for 13,780 sq. ft. of office space in the 1st Source Building at 200 East Main Street, 9^th Floor, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The space will be occupied by the Regional Partnership, Work One and the Community Research Institute. The landlord is FTW, LLC. The tenant was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Lutheran Health Network of Indiana, LLC has entered into a sublease for a 4,503 sq. ft. office lease at 7030 Pointe Inverness Way in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The former tenant, Endurance US Holdings Corp. was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Suite 112 in the The Journal Gazette office building at 701 S. Clinton Street has been leased by Quantum Desine Group, Inc. The tenant was represented by John M. Adams CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Bargain City has leased a 6,000 sq. ft. retail space at US 30 Plaza, 561 N. Line Street, Columbia City, IN. The landlord, United Properties Inc. and the Tenant were both represented by Brent L. Overholt, MAI.

The following is being released again due to being withdrawn from an earlier release:

Navistar has leased 68,800 sq. ft. in the HRP building at 3410 Meyer Rd., Fort Wayne, IN. The Landlord is NRP, LLC. The tenant was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
