The 163,000 sq. ft. industrial building at 303 N. Jackson Street in Andrews, Indiana has been sold to Revis Island, LLC. The owner of the building, Dana Companies, LLC, was represented in this transaction by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM, John M. Adams CCIM, and Brian G. Bean of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. NCube Properties LLC (dba Grant County Steel) has purchased a 48,000 sq. ft. industrial building at 2207 S. Branson Street in Marion, Indiana. The seller was American Bare Conductor, Inc. All parties in the transaction were represented by John M. Adams CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. The seller was also represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM. Las Lomas Mexican Grill has purchased the 10,666 sq. ft. former Ryan’s Steakhouse located at 4230 Clinton Street North in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The seller and the buyer of the property were both represented by Brian G. Bean of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. The seller, Indiana Properties, was also represented by Joy Neuenschwander. A retail suite in Maplewood Plaza has been leased to 3 Rivers Coin & Jewelry. Brent L. Overholt, Joy Neuenschwander and Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the landlord in this transaction and Joy Neuenschwander represented the tenant. The owner of the property is Maplewood Plaza, LLC. The Zacher Company was established by Alfred J.
