Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. Huntington Aluminum, Inc. has purchased a 58,579 sq. ft. industrial building at 1605 Riverfork Drive in Huntington, Indiana. The seller, Sunny ALC Properties I, LP, was represented by John M. Adams CCIM. Johnson Controls Battery Group, Inc. has renewed their lease of 19,200 sq. ft. in the Johnson building at 4432 Ardmore, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The landlord, Johnson Family Enterprises, LLC and the tenant were both represented by Steven K.
