Mullinix Packages, Inc. has leased 90,000 sq. ft. in the industrial building located at 6916 Nelson Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mullinix was represented by Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. The landlord, Kelro Proeprties, LLC was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and Brent L. Overholt MAI of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.The Zacher Company/CORFAC International has negotiated a lease renewal for Artemis International, who occupies a 2,000 sq. ft. flex space in the Scott Centennial Building at 3711 Vanguard Dr., Fort Wayne, IN. The owner, Scott Centennial, and the tenant were both represented by Joy Neuenschwander of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International who also manages the property.Fire, Police City County Federal Credit Union has purchased the former Sonic building at 10123 Lima Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The seller was represented by by Brian Bean of the Zacher Company/CORFAC International.  Kara Fitness has leased a 1,500 sq. ft. retail space at 2614 W. State Blvd. from Tri State Tractor Leasing. The tenant and the landlord were both represented by Joy Neuenschwander of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International, who also manages the property.Fort Wayne Newspapers has renewed their lease of 14,436 sq. ft. in the Commorato Building at 4211 Engle Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The owners of the building, John and Norma Commorato, as well as the tenant were both represented by John M.
