April 10, 2012 - Gregg Ness has leased a 1,400 sq. ft. retail suite at 1276 South Jefferson Street in Huntington, Indiana to Sweet Deals Consignment. Dan Reese of The Zacher Company represented both the owner and the tenant in this transaction.

The Zacher Company has announced the sale of a 151,000 sq. ft. industrial building at 721 E. Edgerton Street in Bryan, Ohio to RD Swindell Enterprises, Inc. The seller, Global Suspension Systems, LLC was represented in the transaction by John M. Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company and TG Corporate Real Estate Advisors. The buyer was represented by Tim Echemann of Industrial Property Brokers, Sidney, Ohio.

TRISSA, Inc. - Absolute Holdings has leased a 2,000 sq. ft. industrial suite in the Scott Centennial building at 3711 Vanguard Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The landlord, Scott Centennial, was represented in the transaction by Joy Neuenschwander of The Zacher Company.

B & Y Properties, Inc. has leased their 20,000 sq. ft. building at 2011 Bremer Road to Miller Enterprises, Inc. The landlord was represented by Dan Reese of The Zacher Company.

American Medical Equipment has leased a 1,530 sq. ft. industrial suite in the Wells Street Commerce Center at 3692 North Wells Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The landlord is Industrial Investors. Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company assisted the tenant with their lease.

Diamond Comic Distributors, Inc. (Alliance Games) has expanded their 47,580 sq. ft. lease and added an additional 11,459 sq. ft. at 3102 Brooklyn Avenue, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The landlord is AERL, LC, who was assisted by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and John Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company.

New Haven Travel Plaza, a 10,000 sq. ft. convenience center and restaurant in New Haven, has been sold to Black Gold Ventures Indiana, LLC. The seller, NHTP, LLC was represented by Brian Bean of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. The buyer was represented by Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

The 1,800 sq. ft. office building at 621 E. Wayne Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana has been leased by Weform, LLC. The landlord, 621 E. Wayne St. LLC, and the tenant were both represented by Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
