John Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the buyer, Investus, LLC, in the purchase of the 7,000 sq. ft. industrial building located at 629 E. Washington Blvd., Fort Wayne, Indiana, from Fort Wayne Habitat for Humanity, Inc.

Steven K. Zacher, SIOR, CCIM and Brent Overholt represented the landlord, Kelro Properties, LLC, in this transaction.

Joy Neuenschwander, CPM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented both the tenant, Jehl & Kreilach Financial Services, and the landlord, Harrison Place, in the lease of 2,304 sq. ft. of office space located at 919 South Harrison St., Fort Wayne, Indiana.
